| We do not charge to assist you with a network issue during intial setups. You must learn how to manage your network. We are not network support for your pcs. There is no way we can remotely see if you have a network hardware problem and it is very difficult to manage networks remotely. Before calling us to help on network make sure step one is true below. 1. Make sure all your computers are viewable from network neighborhood-->View Work Group computers you must be able to double click each machine and have it open. 2. Call our office and get a network key for main machine. 321-722-0795 3. Install Carlot Manager on all pcs besides MAIN PC. DO NOT RE INSTALL ON MAIN PC. DO NOT REINSTALL SOFTWARE ON MAIN PC. Delete shortcuts that the demo creates. 4. Create Short cut thru network to desktop of each machine to //mainpc/netwokedpc/desktop/carlot.exe if you do not understand this you are not a network technician call for advice and assistance. 5.
